You may also want to go over the app docs they obtained and their screening of the 3 evicted tenants.

For example, when you call Apple support your call is first picked up by an IVR that sounds like a real person who routes your call.

It does not send alert to app when something pops up.

Ideally something that is on web/app that'll allow me to keep track of different items come tax time. 

That way when you get a bid from two or three contractors, you can make sure you're comparing apples to apples.Good Luck!

I also plan on creating a phone app this year that further simplifies the sytem.

But there is a bit more to manage and the Wink app is not my favorite. 

We have a phone app but that might require wifi have to check.
