Rent Manager's interface is ancient compared to Buildium.

I did this when I lived in NJ had to go to the county courthouse and go on their ancient computers and pull each record.

The first time, the furnace was an ancient beast probably about 60 years old and came with the home. 

It was all so Greek to me back then and the conversations made me feel very uncomfortable…but strangely in a good way!
