Hey,I'm newbie in real estate investment starting with my first property and will close soon in October.After starting learning about real estate and reading plenty of books, I started to think about my current apartment that I own 100% in Egypt.

But, even if it's an ancient code that says to send it certified, I'd also just send it priority mail with delivery confirmation.  

The behavioral people call it 'Loss Aversion' and we often find ourselves paddling down that big river in Egypt because if we don't sell out of that bad investment we can delude ourselves (and hopefully our friends) into thinking we haven't lost money... but it's already gone and all that's left is the crying.

my mom's tenant was from Egypt and suddenly deported -- something about employment visa expired.. which bewilders me cause so many Brits get away with it, but not mideasterners!

Otherwise, I don't think it's necessary.The building I rented had ancient old tiny gas stoves/ovens, and cheap white refrigerators. 

Also, if you are of the millenial generation my ancient gen X mind always needs help with marketing ideas for the newer platforms like snapshot, periscope and whatever you are using right now that I've never heard of.

It was ancient, and the owner was very "thrifty" to put it nicely.  

It was an 8 by 48 foot wide trailer, had an 8 gallon hot water heater and if you were taller than six feet you were in danger of banging your head on the ceiling.Then these men climb back into their ancient but giant Buicks or Oldsmobiles and continue their search for a rental for what they paid back in the "good ole days".Gail

Here is the problem with having a park full of these ancient homes even if they are privately owned.
