I am super green to the market, I currently am reading “the book on rental property investing” by Brandon Turner and I this is the second week of listening to the BiggerPockets podcast all day at work while I weld.

I've owned and operated my welding business for 10 years now, and not having quality people in your corner, such as an accountant, can be pretty costly. 

If you want to manage the project yourself, you'll have to reach out to an iron-worker/welding company.

Think farms, auto mechanics, small construction companies, welding shops,electricians, plumbers, boat mechanics all need entry level help around their shops.

Same suppliers, same service for the meat cutting tools, same book keeper, same clientele etc. before that it was a welding business.

I am currently looking at Weld and LaPlata counties in Colorado.

We're glad to hear you bounce some specific ideas around here and offer some thoughts.To answer some of your questions:My skillset includes minor welding, minor housework (I lived in fostercare and the father owned property in which I helped lay tile, wood paneling, drywall etc.).

I really don't want to drop out of college, I'm doing welding but I'm having a lot of trouble doing open butt roots on 6010, I've broken out on all but one test so my grade is horrible.
