I am closing 4 deals next week for my rock star land flipper.. 

One golden rule I follow,if it takes a long time to fix/replace when it breaks, don't buy a cheap one.Imagine, this thing breaks in the middle of your peak season and the people who can come out to rebuild are 2 weeks out....It takes at least a day or two to build something like this even if you are super skilled.

Weeks later we received an answer from their CEO.

A couple weeks ago, I was talking to a texan resident that came up to Washington State to help the company I work at, train our team for a new product launch.

If I block my card it'll take at least a week to be able to use it!

I do plan to consult my real estate attorney who handled the closing but this is his busiest week of the year, so I definitely don’t want to bug him with something that isn’t extremely urgent until after the New Year.

I then sent 6 emails over the next 10 days that were not responded to until the last one on 2/29/24, and was told it didn't go out in the prior week, and that your DoC was "hoping it would go out in this week's batch" (3/1/24). 

I ended up closing on a duplex house this week with the intent to rehab the whole place.
