Wouldn't it would be hard to link it to an address on Craigslist as the address is obviously searchable, and the viewer would see there is no apartment there?

Scanning county property viewers in neighborhoods I know well, looking for people who bought in the 80's or 90's for a low dollar amount- I'm assuming they have a lot of equity if they bought the property for $80,000 or less, 20 to 30 years ago.

When all the viewer has to do is click a button to say "I'm interested in your listing, when can I see it," they don't have much invested and usually don't even remember which houses they sent messages about.

You are welcome to talk to the neighbors, the grocer, the local mailman, the 2 kids running the lemonade stand, the guys repairing the roads, the stoned high school kids 5 doors down, the pilot who flies a plane over on the daily flight to Salt Lake city or even the president of the local avian viewers club.

For example if you were to buy HicksHomes.com you may want to buy HicksHome.com, HickHomes, and even HickHome.com - Then just have each one automatically redirect the viewer to your main site (HicksHomes.com).
