Essentially, what a lot of these “gurus” do is appeal to an audience that doesn’t want to do the heavy, uncomfortable lifting.

Sometimes highlighting those little perks can catch someone's eye.Also, consider whether your listing is reaching the right audience.

They’re telling you to chase audiences that explicitly do not want to sell their houses.So, no wonder “everyone” is struggling to get deals.
