I can also use it as a guest house I have outfitted the unit with everything necessary to live there - furniture, towels, utensils etc - and it looks really good.

Then, I have to consider how many kitchen and eating utensils do I currently have cause it will also affect how the dishwasher will clean such utensils.

The majority of furniture and utensils will all be the tenants possessions as I have very little. 

.- Basic pots & pans for cooking- Coffee maker and filters- Salt & Pepper- Utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, coffee mugs (pyrex is inexpensive and durable)- Cooking utensils like large spoons, spatula and basic cooking knives.- Paper products such as toilet paper, a bag of paper napkins, 1 paper towel roll to start them off.

Dishes, utensils, bed/bath linens, soaps, garbage bags, etc.  

Every kitchen has all the utensils and appliances to cook everything from a pop tart to a Thanksgiving dinner. 

I did not make any updates myself as I wouldn't trust myself with any building utensil.

They can move in very easily and enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils, things like a nice mop and vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, etc.

You charge them for the house and for the use of the appliances, furniture and all little things like a kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, garden hose, grill, sheets, shower curtain, etc.  

No specific services other than home is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen utensils to cook, etc.
