Hi House-hackers,I've seen different advice about software that MTR folks should be using but it seems like the suggestions are based on people having multiple properties they're managing, both as STR and/or MTR.I'm starting out and am hoping to get a tenant via Furnished Finder.

Network with investors, join local groups, and seek support from experienced house hackers.

Big enough that you aren't competing with newer investors/house hackers but small enough that you aren't competing with institutional money.

If you have that, there are many of us who can connect you with someone in the area who works with house hackers.

To all aspiring house hackers and those aiming for a single-family primary to hold it as a long-term rental, what are your biggest frustrations likely keeping you from jumping in the game?

I make sure to be hyper specific being a house hacker pro, if you want to learn how to fix and flip I am 100% not your guy so even if there is another feature agent in my area the second someone comes across my profile and sees house hacking they reach out.

I currently use a PMS (RentRedi) to manage my long term tenants (2x house hacker here with 11 tenants in total) which has worked very well.
