Also, people waiting for FEMA to give them a large check to fix their house will wait a long time as our flood was over a year ago and many people who didn't have flood insurance and didn't have their own money to fix their house are still living in their gutted unfixed houses currently.

Tenant Claiming Her Privacy Was Violated

Chickens, goats, I would notice those too--but I would not send in a spy.Best scenario in my option would be to try for a pet deposit--and the unit still might turn because she no longer trusts you.Seriously, going to court over a kitty cat (no matter what charges she brings) it's over a kitty cat--could cost you plenty. And in my experience, fixed cats are not such a problem indoors as unfixed cats.PM could have posted a notice we will be entering in 2 days between 9:00am and 4:30pm for your requested pest remediation (or something like that)--that way there is no misunderstanding.Good Luck!

Tenant vs Tenant Agreement
3 September 2018 | 14 replies
The alternative is your tenant likely won’t fix it and you run the risk if a simple leak that would probably cost you a few bucks to fix, going unfixed and continuing to leak and you end up with a much bigger problem and a lot more damage that ultimately costs you much more to fix down the road.
