If the mortgage is in trouble that would trigger a foreclosure.

Just make sure you guys are comfortable with the area before pulling the trigger.

After I joined there was one very specific, honest review by Zach Harsh and boy did he get slandered for it.

There are often automated flags that will be triggered if you do it, so it's best just to know how they will react.

When you focus on your profit, you ask for a bad review and harsh treatment from the algorithm.

Personally, in this market, I would work on saving up and really doing my best to find a great opportunity and pull the trigger then.

Selling would likely trigger capital gains taxes (unless you lived in the property for two out of the last five years or use a 1031 exchange).

If I find a deal on an area I would consider living when I move back I would like to be able to pull the trigger and possibly refinance into an owner-occupier loan once I move back to the US.
