Chino also has lower property values, is more rural, with higher crime and much higher teen pregnancy, less jobs, but less rules and more farming/animals/ranches.

HELOC: they are out there, but you typically have to hold title in your name and not under an entity. 70% LTV is usually the cap, and rates are double digits (mid teens).

I think not.But a golf cart with less safety features, uncapable of traveling speed limits on roads, no doors, children often traveling without car seats or boosters (that people spend hundreds of dollars on to keep their kids safe in the car), kids/teens/drunks driving illegally, etc.It's providing a vehicle for use, even if it is a "golf cart."

Most of the adults couldn't care less about the Xbox, but seeing a nostalgic arcade cabinet with 60 retro games on it brings back memories - and they are the ones paying the rent  It is all about the pictures too - the standup arcade cabinets are going to give you a bigger bang in that department than the Xbox, but the kids/teens want the Xbox.
