You could definitely look into off-market avenues, our team works with the handful of folks who do volumne in the treasure valley. 

As a novice to this career, it can be a little intimidating but as a warrior I am ready to get started; I believe in teamwork and developing good, honest relationships.

University does give you an experience and exposure to teamwork and collaboration that is helpful in life.

I’m going to have to go back and listen to your podcast again. team work makes the dream work.. could not have done it without great team , from investors and bankers and my wife selling the product.
