Sounds like strategy call would make most sense to see what your goals are with REI and being an agent to determine if the organization I represent aligns with the direction you are looking to go. 

In short, we don't sell a product, we offer a service that only makes sense if it aligns with the seller and agents listing to net them higher proceeds on the ARV.

It seems to make more sense to get into bigger deals rather than own tons of SFH.Feel free to reach out if you have any advice or if you'd want to chat!

Just because a seller is willing to do seller financing doesn't mean they will sell for a price that makes sense to buy.

I have reached out and spoken with the HOA management property manager myself, and just keep getting BS excuses and no sense of urgency on this matter.
