If the locations turned negative, Dollar General never exercised the option to extend, and if the location remained good, they built a larger store across the street.

We have a 3-year lease with a tenant who is doing the rental arbitrage strategy as an AirBnB and it appears they are doing quite well.The property location is two streets away from Nationwide Children's Hospital and the rent we charge is $1,200.

Just gotta watch the flooding on that part of the street. 

See who has poor reviews or seemingly bad management and use something like PropStream to find the owner based on the cross streets and exterior of the house.
