And Jim, I will continue to use my DeWalt impact screw gun and oscillating tool to cut out the boxes ;). 

Also, in no particular order...fish tape, wire stripper/cutter, wallboard texture gun or at least spray cans, scrapers for wall repairs, drill bits, screw-driving bits, utility knife, oscillating saw, adjustable wrenches, nail set, speed square, miter box, handle for plunge-cutting hacksaw or drywall saw, rasp, caulk gun, razor-blade scraper.

In order to get the old pipe off, I had to use an oscillating tool/blade.

The tree laws in Tampa oscillate between awful and arbitrary.Anyway, those are the choices offered to builders in the market on a fairly regular basis.

I also watched a few good YouTube videos showing how to trim the door jamb and casing with an oscillating tool I borrowed from my Father-In-Law (wife's father).

The oscillating multi-tool does a lot of handy things as well... gets into places other tools can't.  

Because a cosigner is taking responsibility but they often don't actually comprehend the implications until poop hits the rotating oscillator.

Then the proverbial bovine excretement hit the oscillating wind generator, and a lot of ground was made up very quickly in just one year.So just plan for the expenses, you will feel much better.
