I had a call with Wealthability today and was stunned by the sticker price.

It's not enough just to put a Mickey mouse sticker on the wall or a frozen duvet on the single bed.

One of our homes even had a sticker on it "cannot be occupied" by the city.  

Apparently manufactured homes are required to have some sort of sticker affixed to a window and one more location (usually a cabinet) identifying it as such.

@AARON CHOI I could see a one time fee if the current bylaws require a new occupant to register with the hoa and get a parking sticker, etc.
