We are simply a group of almost 150 investors in RADD who have had zero returns and are looking for options to get our money back...if possible. unless there is insurance to go after or some hidden deep pockets class action is a non starter I suspect. just looks like from we see a failed investment or at least a deeply flawed one.

Steve in my mind maybe this works for non owner occ investment props only and houses are vacant.. kind of like an OREO Broker works.For owner occ and mom and pop buyers to move in and live.. this simply is a non starter in my mind.. .To be successful at Real estate sales to mom and pops you MUST have some sales skills and closing skills.

Am not sure if you offer any pods or coffee included but would suggest buying the large 80-100 count boxes and having a small decorative basket/display with about 10 starter complimentary pods on each stay.
