If it is a whole tract of them, can't you just picture your For Rent sign out on the front lawn, along with every other pretender investor's sign vying for the one or two potential tenants driving up and down the street?

When there are thousands of people vying to invest, lately deals are filling up very quickly.

@Vy Mai Haha I have a small obsession with formatting text to catch a reader's eye.

There's an amazing vacant and off-market parcel I'm vying for currently for a project I've been working on and in spite of best efforts (letters, door knocking, phone calls, etc) myself and my agent have been unsuccessful at reaching the current owner.

The truth is there are lots of hard money lenders out there vying for consumer business just like yours, but they don't advertise to you so you won't see them often. 

This will set you apart from other investors who are vying for their attention as well
