@Jeffrey Lester Im not sure where your spiritual beliefs stand, but my feeling is that whatever you need to accomplish the plans the Lord has for you, he will give you.

All I needed was my first deal so I would know that this is real and worth the struggle.After 6 1/2 months of tripping, falling, stumbling and spending a ton of money on the next bright shiny object AND marketing for buyers and sellers, I got my first deal while I was working a full time job and I never looked back.If you want to be successful in this business or any other business then you absolutely must have the right mindset and make a decision to simply just do it and believe that there is no competition only co-petition and never give up.Read the Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity by Edwene Gaines and The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra.Changed my life and my business for the better.

The man he described was an exact description of my grandfather.People would also see someone looking out the window at nights when the house was vacant, hear noises, etc.Goes to show there is a spiritual realm that we are rarely aware of.

I'm a spiritual person, so not only do I mean faith in God, but faith in yourself.

What good is having a $10M networth if you are emotionally, spiritually and physically poor and know that you have only 2 more years to live?

Live up to my potential and do things because they benefit me...they benefit me mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and perhaps, yes even financially.

These situations are extremely hard financially, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 

These people tends to come to enjoy the great weather and comfortable living and were living here as investors to spiritual counselors or yoga teachers and herbalist.  

There are also things I wish Keller would have left out, such as the spiritual components.
