Its a niche market but once you are good at it it comes easily.

Just recently listened to a podcast on mid-term rentals specifically for traveling nurses but could also include corporate professionals or large-scale construction project workers.

However, you have to invest in specific communities where they are encouraging development.

Before you move out in two years, see what niche of tenants you like, and see if you can market accordingly.

There are specific rules on when rent increases can be submitted for review, but there are no guarantees when they will respond.

There are many excluded, niche groups (beyond the scope of this post), but here are the ones that you could fall under:Large Businesses20+ FULL TIME W2 US based employees; ANDU.S.

What I don't control is the market price.The specific business situation where this may be useful is on absorption of a new apartment complex units, but then they have a metric for that, absorption.
