I would have liked to have the recent one with the pit bull try legal action as 1) they violated their lease 2) it was a pit bull 3) the other tenant has children that play daily in the common area things like soccer, kick ball etc.  4) The dog was not well behaved.

It is soccer moms and business professionals too.

My wife is currently going through her masters to be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner while holding a full time job as well as being a mother (ya she is a total badass), and I teach Texas History and coach football and soccer. 

He played soccer for 40 years and his daughter played for years so the soccer mama drama is certainly not new to us.
