Sluggish?

In my area the following have either remained unchanged or improved a bit during the last several months: unemployment housing prices local large business profits Seems to point to a very sluggish recovery ....

Perhaps they will continue to plod along with sluggish economies and population/job growth for the next 50 years?

Last year was a great year, but this year the foreclosure auctions have been sluggish, so not much moving with the flips.

Milwaukee County and the suburbs of Waukesha get the most action though, with Racine and Kenosha counties seeming sluggish with a few bright spots.

I think it’s because I don’t really have anybody that will work with me.I have attempted to work with 3 different RE agents and they seem to shun wholesaling and are sluggish with giving comps. 3 different deals have also fallen through because they wanted proof of funds immediately.I didn’t have the exact amount to present to them nor a buyer to flip it to.
