Possibly already permitted outbuildings that already have plumbing such as workshops, offices, etc might be able to be converted to an ADU at a cost that does not result in the cost being more than the value added.Building an ADU is a lot of work and can be a slow process.  

One of the easiest things that you can do to "talk" to the algorithm is search your property and heart it.

I had only 2 enquiries till now and both did not go any further.I am told this time of the year is slow but is it so slow that I only have 2 enquiries in two months? 

Our architect has been slow to communicate and get the work done.

It may take you 10 years to get there, real estate is slow, but it works reliably and it's not rocket science.

That said, the construction is slowing, and I believe Huntsville’s population growth will make this a good investment over 10+ years.
