Hello BPers,Anyone with experience or knowledge of Eagle Rock Resort in Hazelton, PA. 

From my understanding you would have to sell the property as a business...a resort style destination with a number of amenities and places to stay.

We are in a ski area and we aren't even booked for Christmas, the weekend before Christmas, or anything in January.  

Sounds like the Goodegg got out over their skis but no doubt many other sponsors did as well.

I have resorted primarily just telling folks not to come out here on BP talking sub2 because those that do not like Pace  Morby and those that do not like Sub2 will come out speaking against suff that they do not understand.

So common that we also have STR-PM's across the urban Twin Cities, but it's driven because of the Lakes Region, the ski resorts, etc.. 

Especially if it is more of a boutique hotel or a cabin resort type property.

Hello there community, in the recent days I have been teasing the idea of house hacking if I decide to move in the future  in SLC ( love skiing and the nature). 

If anybody has any cheaper, alternative options to try first before resorting to a plumber and killing my CAPEX reserves, it would be greatly appreciated!

And look around for a new jet ski,etc.
