Partnerships equal rocket ships.

I am not suggesting they are running a tight ship over there but just wasn't sure where they duped the investors....Hope you get your money back and quickly.

The character of a wo/man shows when the ship is taking on water.

Repairs and Maintenance are not cheap and shipping carpet/furniture/etc to Hawaii calls for huge price premium so I would be sure keep a reserve for replacements.  

At some point if you want to be an Entrepreneur you have to burn the ships. 

There are 2 major deep sea ports in LA and San Fran for import/ export shipping, tons of natural resources and many high paying jobs such as in Silicon Valley which is the worlds premier tech hub, lots of venture capital funding for startups and many billionaires, probably more real estate investors have become multi-millionaires through appreciation there than anywhere else in the USA besides NYC… the list goes on and on. 

The day was over, I was pissed...I talked to some people that were dead serious about the mentor ship program.

But my 4 renters are in there 30's-50's and work 50+ hours / week building naval ships and submarines and they enjoy being close enough to walk to the shipyard and coming home to a brand new house with all the modern upgrades. 

Rent a storage unit in a nearby town, ship all items to storage unit, pay someone to then use the items to furnish the home or make a weekend trip 

A rising tide raises all ships.
