We are $52k for 28/28 on piers interior/exterior down to $18k for less piers and foam in the middle to lift the pool.

By parking your profits in these designated areas, you can delay and maybe even shave off some  capital gains taxes.

now if your rehab is better by 10k and say you shave some holding cost off you might only lose 2 to 3k.. ?? 

@Konstantin Boubev can you have the tank filled with foam and left in place?

You are going to have to spray foam it to keep it from sweating inside and you are still going to need to have studs even if only a 2x2 to have somewhere to hang rock.
