There are also sandwich lease option deals (a "hard lease option" that grants you the right to sublease), MLO (master lease option), and TIC agreements (tenants in common).

However, you do have something called sandwich lease option where you could do that. 

Are sandwich lease options legal in MO?

If you can find a motivated seller for whatever reason you can throw some other strategies related to seller financing or even lease option (or sandwich lease option) which I think is a really cool way to get a property without much money but can be a win for all parties involved.

Hello BP,Has anyone had experience (good or bad) with a "Sandwich Lease to Own" option?

Morning all,  Im looking to lease option/sandwich lease option in the Buffalo NY and surrounding suburbs.

I'm slightly shocked that no one has said Arthur Bryant's (original location only) for their sandwiches (beef and turkey combo heavy on the sauce).  

@Paul Ritter  If the goal is to find a home for someone, sandwich lease options seem riskier because that's a smaller pool of houses to choose from. 

There was a podcast not that long ago that a guy talked about bringing in some sandwiches to the bank and he ended up with 100k worth of a credit line.
