I've been looking at Lease Runner for their lease (pre-built for our state, but also modifiable), $30/group for electronic signatures.

Midland might be the front runner at this point.Does anyone have other recommendations and/or any experience with any of these companies for setting up SDIRAs or SDHSAs?

If it were my stairs, I would have regular oak treads put down and then have an inexpensive runner tacked into place to protect the treads and provide better footing. 

Unless you yourself can do design drawings, you will basically be acting as a plan runner just visiting the city, and being the "middle person" could slow down the process.

Cozy is definitely a front runner between my wife and I with a few other prospects, especially as we look to scale.

@Michael Privman  Iwas looking at Toyota 4-Runners, Toyota Sequioas, Honda Pilots, or Hyundai Santa Fes (All based on reviews/ratings I have spent hours on)when it comes to SUVs.

I would send a 7 or 10 day notice via runner and certified mail stating that they must stop due to being in contradiction of their lease.
