Try tweaking the ads to those online assets to read like a story and be very descriptive like a Harlequin romance novel. 

The romance of making it bigger than what it is stops most people.

My preference would be to stick to your own backyard & find a niche that will be profitable.The romance of buying out of state can turn into a nasty break up.It would not be my first choice.

I see a lot of investors who forget what "romance" is all about.

But rather than coming away seeing the "romance" of renovating a pile of junk old house I see it as "wow...that's a lot of work!"...
