The lion share of what a LUX seller is paying for when obtaining a competent quality LUX agent is NOT "pushing some paperwork around".......

It's a complete roll of the dice when you switch to the smart meter, so this doesn't surprise me....it could go up or down depending on the actual water uage.  

Actually you'd never hit that because eventually the debt pushes you into a margin call and forced sell and you'd be at or near $0 in just handful of years at best.
