The listing agent did respond with a counter on this amount and offered $15,000 in seller credits.

The mailers I receive for my properties are not of a high enough quality, to make me believe the sender understands what gets a recipient to even open or read the mailer, let alone respond. 

They pay their rent on time, but have not responded to any emails since October.

Their company is pretty great at not responding to their communities people , not following local law yet alone their own lease agreements The uptick of lot rents I get it it’s business but also driving out affordability for people which again it’s a business so some may say that part is just the territory , but not following lease agreements , hiring poor management and then doing nothing about it when it’s escalated is a reflection on their business aswell   best of luck. 

If they Counter, you have the same 3 options to respond. 

Anyone answering is not responding as a Tax accountant, Insurance expert or as a Financial advisor.
