@Jonathan Greene I think it's all about intent. 

I would suggest doing these separately however since you will run into issues with a partial release clause on a blanket loan.

They also could have a mortgage that could not be satisfied by the price and in that instance, again the bank would not release it - so again stuck. 

I'm a leader, not a boss, but they see and hear far more than I do so I'd be an idiot not to listen to my team.I think as you grow and expand, you too will do the same whether as a Transactional Lender or anything else you do.
