I'm interested in learning about taking a lease for a space that I would in turn sublet for yoga/pilates/fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, etc. 

I'm going to have to rehearse so I don't sound like a newbie. 

So there was a weddings today at our cabin and a rehearsal yesterday. 

It had been abandoned for several years, so we had to get the gas lines pressure tested before we could have the gas company reconnect us.Our plumber was so slow that I was mentally rehearsing CPR - but even dead people move faster than him. 

It was more convenient for me to watch videos and rehearse scripts on my own time.

Nope, they have a script that they rehearse over and over and over again until it can be spoken with the right inflection and timing.. so write out your script, and read it out loud..over and over again.

Rehearse the key points over and over.
