I almost gave up on real estate investing before I even started.When I first considered investing in real estate, I was drowning in paralysis of analysis.

And I just bought her a 350k condo in AZ for us to enjoy on getaways and not rent out.

I live in a Charlotte, NC suburb and I'm looking to begin my real estate investing journey. 

I’m currently working on obtaining my real estate license in Texas, with a focus on property management.

I’m relatively new to the real estate investing world.

Can't say I enjoy real estate, but enjoy what the money allows me to do :)

I now see the money we've saved for our first residence as a good opportunity to begin our real estate portfolio and take control of our financial lives.

Then you need real education in real estate principles, real estate finance, and real estate law.
