Guests provide reviews that noise transmission is high and privacy is low. 

Anything else is noise for me. 

For example, temporarily stopping utilities to their unit during a repair or if there will be loud noise or a major renovation on the premises.

Then a wise man who was already successful doing what I wanted to be doing shared some common sense that I took to heart: settle on ONE strategy to get started and block out all the other noise, the BS, and the well intentioned but misinformed friends and relatives telling you that you can’t do this.

Howerver, I have resrvations about how this will impact the community's living standards as the development will immediately border some neighborhoods and could bring unwanted environmental impacts and noise. 

Know your numbers, strategy, and block out the noise.
