I believe they are expressing their displeasure with the fact that I have not accommodated some of their recent requests that went far beyond the scope of what is required (like insisting a licensed electrician switch out a smoke detector when we could do it ourselves) and I had to set some boundaries after years of high maintenance for them.

If there is a due on sale clause in the loan doc then it doesn’t matter what the loan officer told you verbally.I’m not an attorney, but from my understanding of the loan is still in your name personally a good litigator can pierce the veil and your LLC protection wouldn’t amount to much.

@Venka Pulla Many smaller PMCs are unprofessional, they can also be vindictive.So, suggest you get all the info you can from your Owner Portal before terminating them.Also, hire a new PMC BEFORE terminating the current PMC.Then, terminate and work closely with the new PMC to get tenant payments switched over and whatever documentation is missing.Hopefully, you'll screen for a new PMC better than you did to pick the current one!
