Hey Ethan,I'm not sure what @Jason Wray is talking about - Houston was NOT built out with a lot of multi-family properties. 

I am primarily interested in syndications and small multi-family rental units, but would like to have a solid knowledge base in many subspecialties of real estate.

Ideally we are looking for a single family home (3+ bedrooms) in an area where STRs are profitable.

We recommend 20% of annual gross rent for a typical, average condition, single-family.

I purchased our first single family house in 2020 and since then have BRRRR a second property in Februrary of this year that we are living in currently.

I currently have a single family rental in Boiling Springs, SC.
