I am well versed and up to date on the VA loan program as well as other resources to help veterans understand their benefits to help them reach their real estate goals! 

It's a great program a lot of clients are taking advantage of.

In other cases this is a clue that the tenant has come to the end of the road on assistance program A and is about to switch to assistance program B.

No, i haven't signed up with any guru program, as i feel if the guru's are doing so well in their investments, why do they need to waste time selling courses!!!

After completing 3 of the 10 courses from the Road Map Courses, we started to express our concerns and dissatisfaction with the program to our CPA, who talked us into ‘giving the program a chance’ and continuing with the coursework and the meetings.

Another part of the Open Spaces experience that we didn't like is, to your point, once we were about 60 days into the program, a member of the Open Spaces team reached out to us to "check in."
