I am curious to learn from others as well  :) I looked at GHL for my CRM but felt like it was full of features I'd probably never use and the cost was considerably more than what I ended up using: Monday.com.

I am sure Appfolio has similar features, but the pricing structure is dependent on your needs and door count.

I would say that RentRedi is good from a general property management perspective with features for managing tenants and maintenance requests.
