I've ben very preoccupied with my move but it's all coming together and I should be down there in a couple of weeks!

At the time I was probably too preoccupied to take pictures every day, but now I wish I did.

Lenders are too preoccupied chasing people who do not pay their mortgages, so borrowers that apply asset protection techniques are an afterthought.

Do you guys usually look for pre-occupied properties? 

(We missed that at signing; we were preoccupied with a 6 plex we are closing on that has all the regular issues buying a 6 plex has.

.- The FIRE crowd (generally) seems so preoccupied with the stock market and hitting a single "number" that they can't possibly consider diversifying into real estate or the fact that some passive monthly income (through rent) now could shave a decade or more off how long they have to work that job they hate - but are apparently willing to keep trudging away at it anyway.
