Are there any local property managers in the Middle Tennessee area that will rent your property by the room instead of the whole house?

I am finally taking the leap and ready to start my landlord journey but need help and tips into how to buy my first rental property 

I like that OwnerRez has a property management component should I decide to offer management for STR units of others at some point in the future. 

I am aware of products once I own the property, but what about lines of credit to secure a winning bid? 

I know if it were in the US I would explore a seller financed deal where we write a 15 year note for the property so that we essentially pay our cousins in monthly installments and take over control of the property.

@Heath D Wallace  check with an attorney, but if you do that then you have two properties at risk under one LLC. 

Look into high-demand rental areas like Pine Hills (near colleges) or Delaware Avenue (affordable multifamilies) and consider the BRRRR strategy if you're open to rehabbing properties.

I am interested in converting one of my traditional rental properties into a rent-by-room property.
