@Benjamin Barredo I have a lady from the Philippines who is a VA and also trains cold callers to do calls for real estate investors.

They are american callers who have moved down there.

I think a dollar invested in prospecting is worth like 10 in online seller leads tbh.You have an ISA which is great, they may be more used to calling inbound leads so you may need to hire a cold caller to try this out, but I think its worth it.

You always want to be making sure your caller's number doesn't show up as spam, Mojo has a whitelisting service, use it!

I lean more towards Brandon Mulrenin even though I am not a heavy cold caller. 

I may have a test caller get to the pricing point as well.

Taking this step will absolutely make the difference on whether or not you get some deals.Messaging - using VA's vs local callers and the actual script you use.  

Once you gain some traction you can hire a VA caller to at least batch up and make the calls more efficient, its what takes the most time (I run a call center for Real Estate).
