My student housing is fully furnished: beds, dressers, desks, pots pans, silverware, couch, chairs, everything. 

Hope this stirs the pot a little bit and get some of you to think and realize that what you have been doing is simply wrong!

Not to mention its old but the soil is a big issue then just drive on the roads that is Yazoo clay popping up and creating the pot holes and I have seen roads heave 6 inchs to a foot after a big rain..

In my opinion, this area is a melting pot, there is low income, high income, and short term rentals all mixed together. 10-15 years ago, I wouldn't have gone to this area alone to work, but it has gotten a lot better and I have never felt unsafe while working in this area alone. 

I have very little sympathy for those who voluntarily stiff other people.

you need little things like coffee pot, iron/ironing board, can opener, corkscrew.

Contrary to what both faces of the media say - they try and stir the pot and over exaggerate everything.

This transactional lender puts $40k in the pot (for some return which I am curious what they were promised) to get it back at closing as part of seller/lender#2 financing.At closing the first lets say is owed $50,000 so the $70k covers the first balance and closing costs.

Will just flat out raise my hand and say I'm new... but have been studying for years on SS (have done residential flips/rentals), now or never to actually s or get off the pot haha.

If they have POTS Syndrome and want reasonable accommodation to ensure they are not affected (I don't know... is that even a thing?)
