This might be the wrong forum so I request that it be moved by a mod if it's not the right one. 

I have been a member for week now and love all the informative info on BP I am up to my 26 pod cast an can hardly wait for the next lol so addictive!

I will rent this one out and look for another to use the remaining entitlement.Since last year I have been doing all the pod casts, blogs, reading, meeting, networking, etc., so once that puzzle piece falls into place, it's on!

Yesterday, I listened to episode 976 of the BPRE pod and that gave me some really good ideas; primarily fix and flip into a rent to own.

I have been listening to a real estate podcast (haven't started BiggerPockets Pod yet), and bought How to Invest in Real Estate from Brandon Turner and Josh Dorkin (so far it's been a great read).

@Heather Hall your title rep or customer service rep can pull all the recorded FHA and VA loans recorded 2020-2021 when rates were under 3% Be super careful with the VA's they are a protected class in 9 out of 10 cases and recent overturn in VA mods indicates those in trouble will end up in court.
