So if I understand you correctly, if Person A enters into a contract with Person B to perform Job Z for $100 per hour and B billed A for 10 hours, but later A finds out that B only worked for 1 hour, that is legal.

Ok, for anybody still interested, I located the applicable regulations.Performing repairs yourself on property held within your SDIRA fall under United States Code: Title 26, § 4975, subpart (c)(1)(C) which reads:(c) Prohibited transaction(1) General ruleFor purposes of this section, the term “prohibited transaction” means any direct or indirect—(C) furnishing of goods, services, or facilities between a plan and a disqualified person;As stated above, it is a little vague and subject to interpretation.

Imagine person A has a blog about fishing, and person B has a blog about Boyscouts.Person A wants to write an article explaining their users how to tie the perfect knot  to attach the hook to the line, which let's say is the "3 loop hole rabbit" know (made that up).So do you think it is smart for person A to reinvent the wheel and write a completely new article on how to tie that knot, when Person B, the expert boyscout  having already written an award winning blog entry on exactly how to tie that knot with videos diagrams pictures and everything?

As a result, in a public search, the governor name would be me.If I set up a Wyoming LLC and modify the Operating agreement to have my WA LLC to be 100% owned by my Wyoming LLC, I assume I would still have to list a natural person as the governor of the WA LLC, and my name would still show up there.
