Cleveland itself much cheaper, but Cleveland itself is essentially one big Section 8 ghetto more or less. well I guess the difference is that Whitehawk is at 5k feet.. and all those moutains you see are national forest so LOTS to do.. not surrounded by private property per se like the mid west and the lack of Humidity is a plus in my mind..

Overall we are not unhappy per se.

I don't know that their yields are that high, per se.

It's not a scam per se, but it's unnecessary and is designed for people who don't have the financial discipline to apply their excess cashflow to debt paydown.

hey tim, i should have been more clear. i will be doing all of the property management per se, just looking for an organizational tool via an app or software that will consolidate the communication for my duties. i only have one out of state property and just dont think the amount paid is worth the relatively low stress of this specific quality property and tenant pool. i will look into stessa and buildium- thank you for the recs!

Because I would rather earn less and be more hands off I don’t think it’s about section 8 per ‘se I have a section 8 tenant & she’s been great, it’s about the areas you buy in, if you buy an 100k rowhome in Baltimore it’s gonna be rough regardless of if the tenant is market rate or section 8.
