Give the eviction court authority to pause evictions only in cases where tenants have proof they applied for assistance. 

My role on the team was to develop a model for the real estate and when the pandemic of 2020 ravaged senior living, our work was disrupted as building in the industry paused.

I took a pause and finished my bachelors and stabilized my family since then.

But even after we get everything organized, it's still just so annoying to use so slow (pages load slowly and every click on a report results in a pause while it fetches data, it's just tedious).  

As such, they want to repaint, have some deferred maintenance that needs handled in next several years, and therefore pause distributions to LPs, to fund those additional improvements out of operating cash.  

Just the fact that he was selling the very homes he claimed were great long term investments should have given you pause.

Based on all the posts related to paused distributions, capital calls, and failed deals, there are many LPs that likely wish they would have followed sponsors for longer periods.
