Yes, there's a shortage of low-cost housing in West Palm Beach and Malibu and Portland Oregon and Asheville NC and other places people want to live.

I have 9 partners on the mountain house at $117,500 each, and 10 partners on the beach house at $110,000 each, and I am currently looking for a few more partners on my jungle house near La Fortuna at $110,000 where there will be a total of 7 partners.

For STRs, properties near the beach or downtown tend to perform well.Start Small and Smart: If this is your first property, focus on something manageable.

Mountains and skiing, yup we got that too. beaches, check, but sure it's not ocean and no not the same but it's fishing, it's a beach.

I am 65 and my dad would rent beach houses for our family vacations.  

I would definitely add beach, park, boutique/restaurant shots.

Do sunshine and beaches matter more, or a strong job market in your specific field?
