Laundry mats can end up being just as expensive, and not to mention the time the tenant has to spend at the laundry mat as well.

@Adrian Mata I agree that those numbers do not look good for that property but remember that is based on our opinion.  

No mat¬ter what your relationship is to the person, if they will know you by name, then put them on your list of people you know.

@Amber Matas- The TX law being a redeemable deed state is a 6 month redemption period for non- homesteaded properties.

I also encourage you to think about amenities that are intentional and thoughtful, like a desk or work station, a small fitness area with a yoga mat, a "library" or bookshelf with reading options, or blending outdoor/indoor living spaces where possible (of course, if your unit allows it).
